随着高等教育事业的迅猛发展，我国高等教育已从阳春白雪般的精英教育阶段进入大众化教育阶段。独立学院作为一种新的高等教育办学形式，随着高等教育扩招的形式，独立学院的办学模式逐年扩大，在校的学生人数逐年增加，学生管理工作所面临的新情况和新问题也随之增加，学校、家庭双方不协调和沟通不够所带来的问题日渐突显。独立学院应结合独立学院的教育管理模式与学生的特性，建立合理的家长联系制度，合力提高独立学院学生教育管理工作的针对性和实效性，共同促进学生的成才、成长。%With the rapid development of higher education in China, our higher education has transformed from the stage of elite education to the stage of mass education. With the enroll-ment expansion of higher education, the scale of independent colleges, as a new school-running form of higher education, is expanded year by year, and the number of enrolled students is also increasing with each passing year, but new situations and problems of student management emerge subsequently, and the problems resulted from the inharmony and insufficient communi-cation between the college and families become increasingly prominent. Independent colleges should establish a rational par-ent contact system combined with their own education and man-agement mode as well as students' characteristics, so as to im-prove the pertinence and effectiveness of the student education and management, and promote students' success and growth to-gether with students' parents.
