Private college is one of the products of higher educa-tion massification in China. The research of private college teachers' psychological health is aimed to provide guiding sug-gestions for the construction of teaching staff for private colleges and the improvement of teaching quality in private colleges. Through open interviews, we concluded 17 factors affecting pri-vate college teachers' psychological health, and through factor analysis, we reduced the dimension of the scale, and summed up the influencing factors in five aspects:teaching regularity, quality and quantity of scientific research, interpersonal relationship, working environment and welfare, and the scale is proved to be scientific and rational through reliability and validity tests. Final-ly, 6 feasible suggestions were proposed accordingly.%民办高校是我国高等教育大众化产物之一,研究民办高校教师心理健康是为民办学校师资建设提供指导意见,并有利于提高民办学校教学质量.经开放式访谈得出17条影响民办高校教师心理健康的因素,经因素分析对量表初稿进行降维,将影响因素归为五大方面:教学规范性、科研质与量、人际关系、工作环境、福利待遇,并通过信度检验和内容效度检验,显示量表的科学性、合理性,并因地因时地提出6条可行的实施建议.
