鬼箭羽化学成分及体外抗氧化活性研究

         

摘要

Objective To study the chemical composition of Euonymus alatu. Methods The chemical composition of 75% ethanol extract of Euonymus alatus are isolated and purified by various chromatographic and recrystallization methods. Their structures are elucidated on mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance methods. Their DPPH and IC50 are evaluate by spectrophotometry. Results Eight compounds are isolated fscavenging efficiency from Euonymus alatus, and the structures are identified as friedelin (1), stigmasterol (2), 24 s-stigmast-4-ene-3-dione (3), α-hydroxy methyl palmitate (4), 3-(4-hydroxy-2-methoxyphenyl)-propenoic acid4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl ester (5), kaempferol (6), quercetin (7), protocatechuic acid (8). Compared with vc, the order of DPPH scavenging activity of the three chemical composition: quercetin> protocatechuic acid>Vc>kaempferol. Conclusion Compounds 2, 4, 5 are isolated from this plant for the first time. Quercetin and protocatechuic acid are stronger than Vc in vitro anti-oxidant activity.%目的 研究鬼箭羽中的化学成分.方法 采用重结晶, 层析柱色谱等方法分离纯化鬼箭羽75%的乙醇提取物, 并鉴定化合物的结构, 用质谱、核磁共振等方法;通过分光光度法测定化合物的DPPH的清除率.结果 从鬼箭羽中共分离纯化得到了8个单体化合物, 分别为:木栓酮 (1) 、豆甾醇 (2) 、24s-豆甾-4-烯-3-酮 (3) 、α-羟基棕榈酸甲酯 (4) 、3-(4-羟基-2-甲氧基苯基)-丙烯酸-4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯基酯 (5) 、山柰酚 (6) 、槲皮素 (7) 、原儿茶酸 (8) .与Vc相比三种化合物清除DPPH的能力大小顺序为:槲皮素>原儿茶酸>Vc>山柰酚.结论 化合物2、4、5为首次在鬼箭羽中分离得到, 槲皮素、原儿茶酸的体外抗氧化活性强于Vc.
