本科生学习参与对其能力发展的影响的实证研究--基于南京大学SERU问卷调查

摘要

The development of the undergraduates′ability is an important aspect of improving higher education quality. We got 4036 samples form Nanjing University, through the questionnaire survey, we extract four factors of learning involvement and four factors of ability development.Results show that each factor of learning involvement has positive influence on students′com⁃puter and research ability, leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to appreciate and professional learning ability.In order to im⁃prove the undergraduates′learning involvement, promote the development of their ability, we put forward three proposals:under⁃graduate education reform should focus on changing students′learning style, attaches great importance to the research of learning community, future research should on a broader perspective.%本科生能力的发展是提高高等教育质量的重要方面。本研究通过对南京大学4036名本科生的问卷调查，提取出学习参与的四个因子与能力发展四个因子，并对学习参与与能力发展之间的关系进行研究。研究结果表明，学生学习参与的各因子对其计算机与研究能力、领导与人际交往能力、欣赏能力、专业学习能力有显著的正向影响。据此，本文提出本科教育改革要直击学生学习方式的变革这一核心内容，高教界要加深对于学习共同体的研究，今后研究要着眼于更加广泛的学习体验的研究的建议。
