在工程实训中提升学生职业素养探讨

摘要

工程实训是高职教育特有的教学方式之一,是高职院校培养学生职业道德、工程实践能力和创新能力的重要途径.从高职院校学生职业素养培养现状出发,分析企业对高职学生职业素养的需求,提出基于工程实训的职业素养提升措施.充分发挥工程实训的重要作用,在工程实训环境中培育、提升学生的职业素养与能力.%Engineering training is a unique teaching method in vocational education, and is one of the important ways to develop students' professional ethics, engineering practice ability and innovation ability. Starting from the present status of the cultivation of professionalism of vocational college students, this paper analyzes the requirements of enterprises on professionalism of vocational students, and proposes measures to enhance professionalism based on projects. It also maintains that full play should be given to the important role of engineering training to cultivate and enhance students' professionalism and practical ability.
