高校实验室教学文化变革的阻力及其化解

摘要

实验教学效果与实验室教学文化关系密切,重塑实验室教学文化是实验室教学改革向纵深发展的内在要求.在深入分析当前高校实验教学文化现状及其变革所面临的阻力因素的基础上,提出了有助于化解阻力的变革策略,以期使高校实验室教学文化的变革落到实处.%The effect of experimental teaching and the teaching-culture of laboratories are closely related. Reshaping of the experimental teaching-culture is the requirement of the further development of experimental teaching reform. This paper discussed the situation of the teaching-culture and the resistances in the process of the reform of the teaching-culture in university laboratories. To promote the reform of teaching-culture in laboratories, it proposed effective reform strategies to resolve the resistances.
