According to the needs of current research, exploration and practice on the experimental technique course of Flow Cytometry were conducted based on the traditional mode of teaching. The aim is to help postgraduates not only understand the basic structure, operating principle and application fields, but also master the technique of flow cytometry and apply the flow cytometer into practice independently. Apart from theory study, more emphasis was put on practice, by which both the scientific thinking and practice ability of the students can be improved. Practices show that the quality of teaching has been improved and good teaching effect has been achieved. The exploration is highly praised by students and teachers both inside and outside the university.%根据目前的科研需要,在以往的传统教学模式基础上进行了探索与实践,面向研究生开设了流式细胞术的实验技术课程.教学目的不仅是帮助学生了解流式细胞仪的基本结构、工作原理及其应用领域,而是真正能够掌握流式细胞术这门技术,利用流式细胞仪独立完成基本的检测工作,在理论学习的基础上,更重视学生上机实习.不仅更好地帮助学生拓展科研思路,而且可以锻炼学生的实验动手能力,从整体上使学生的科研能力得到提高,使流式细胞术这一技术能够更广泛深入的应用于科研领域.
