摘要

With the advancement of globalization, bilingual and multilingual skills have become an important factor in individual development. Scientific studies show that bilingual children have great advantages over monolingual children in many aspects, while parents, researchers and educators have been paying attention to how to improve the bilingual ability of Chinese-speaking children. Based on the practice of the preschool-children English class of Beijing Jiaotong University, this article proposes a kind of preschool English teaching of “mutual aid” among college teachers, making full use of the professional skills of college English teachers to provide English teaching services for the children of teachers from other departments of the school. This can not only make effective use of the educational resources of colleges, but also ensure the quality of children’s English learning. This provides feasible solutions for effectively integrating college’s educational resources, strengthening mutual assistance between colleges and departments, and providing cost-effective English teaching services.
