以组织行为学为指导推动物理实验教学改革

摘要

为进一步推进高校物理实验教学的发展,运用组织行为学的相关理论,对高校物理实验教学中存在的问题进行了分析,提出了一系列实验教学改革的措施,探讨了如何培养学生的实验与科研兴趣,提高实验绩效,培养学生成为新时代需要的应用型人才.%To promote physical experimental teaching, the problems in physical experimental teaching have been analyzed and the reform solutions have been proposed according to the Theory of Organization Behavior. All the reform aims at arousing the students' interest in experiment and scientific research,at improving the experiment performance, and at cultivating students into application-oriented talents.
