开放大学兼职教师队伍转型探析

摘要

开放大学功能的发挥离不开兼职教师队伍,本文立足开放性的内涵,提出开放大学兼职教师队伍新型建设观。文章根据开放教育的特点和现实状况,对开放大学兼职教师队伍群体角色进行＂五维＂转型定位,提出建设＂五型＂兼职教师的概念;同时聚焦政策性、使用性和情感性开发,探讨开放大学兼职教师队伍转型发展的路径。%Since Open University could not fulfill its functions without part-time faculty,based on the characteristics of open education,this article proposes a new concept of Open University part-time faculty construction.According to the characteristics of open education and the reality of the Open University,it defines the new roles of part-time faculty with ＂five-dimensional＂ transition.It also proposes the concept of developing part-time teachers of ＂five types＂.Focusing on the development of policy,practicality and emotion,new ways of transitional development of Open University part-time teachers are discussed in this article.
