关于中外合作办学运行机制的思考——以上海纽约大学为例

Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run school is a new thing of China＇s reform and opening up,which is a necessary choice to develop our higher education system and to cultivate high-quality talents with international vision,familiar with international rules and adaptable to the multiculturalism in the background of economic globalization.Combined with the fieldwork of the University of Nottingham Ningbo,and Xi＇an Jiaotong-Liverpool University,this paper reflects some problems existing in the operation mechanism of Chinese-foreign cooperation university from the internal and external environment of the university,and to take NYU in Shanghai as an example,proposes some suggestions on how to improve the operation mechanism of Chinese-foreign cooperation university.%中外合作办学是我国对外改革开放的新事物,是在经济全球化背景下,为发展我国高等教育事业,培养具有国际视野、通晓国际规则、适应多元文化的高素质人才的必要选择。本文结合对宁波诺丁汉大学、西交利物浦大学的实地考察,从学校内外部环境反思中外合作办学运行机制中存在的若干问题,并以上海纽约大学为例,提出完善中外合作办学运行机制的建议。
