摘要

As a significant method of international education, Sino-Foreign cooperative running schools enhance international education reversely. At present, there are mainly three types of teaching mode in SinoForeign cooperative running school, which are the mixing type, the grafting type and the transplanting type. Sino-German School of Shanxi University of Finance and Economics is the educational organization cooperated by China Shanxi University of Finance and Economics and German Hochschule Fuer Oekonomie und Managements. It mainly takes the transplanting type of teaching mode, supplemented by the grafting type, having the characteristics and advantages of imported course system, teaching program, teaching method, evaluation system, teachers resource which give domestic students pure German higher education, and at the same time runs the advantages of subjects education in China. But the problem in this kind of education is obvious that it can not fully function the imported high quality educational resources, can not set the courses properly, can not standard teaching activity, and the educational managers are not complemented enough for their job. So, we should set correct concept for cooperative running school, make medium and long term plans to make sure that the imported high quality educational resources to be fully used; creat new teaching concept; research new types of teaching mode; cooperatively explore courses; strengthen teachers resource, and enhance educational managers' capacity, and give Sino-Foreign cooperative running schools more autonomy on teaching and management.
机译:作为一种重要的国际教育手段,中外合作办学反向提升了国际教育水平。目前,中外合作办学的教学模式主要有混合式,嫁接式和移植式三种。山西财经大学中德学校是由中国山西财经大学和德国Hochschule Fuer Oekonomie und Managements合作的教育机构。它主要采用移植式的教学模式,辅以移植式,具有进口课程体系,教学程序,教学方法,评估体系,教师资源的特点和优势,为国内学生提供纯正的德国高等教育,同时时间带动了中国学科教育的优势。但是这种教育的问题是显而易见的,它不能充分发挥进口优质教育资源的作用,不能正确地设置课程,不能规范教学活动,并且教育管理者的工作能力不足。因此,要树立正确的合作办学理念,制定中长期规划,以确保充分利用进口的优质教育资源。创造新的教学理念;研究新型的教学模式;合作探索课程;加强教师资源,提高教育管理者的能力,给予中外合作办学学校更大的教学和管理自主权。
