鱼嘴长江大桥主缆索股牵引施工技术

     

摘要

鱼嘴长江大桥是位于重庆市的1座主跨616m的钢箱梁悬索桥,为了解决在两岸地形较为陡峭的条件下进行主缆牵引施工的难题,对各种牵引施工的方法进行比较,采用平面大循环牵引系统来实施主缆索股牵引,该牵引系统在国内首次实施,取得了良好的效果,顺利完成了施工任务。对鱼嘴长江大桥主缆索股牵引系统的方案选择、布置及设备配置进行简要介绍,并对实施经验进行总结。%The Yuzui Yangtze River Bridge is a suspension bridge with steel box girder and a main span of 616 meters, located in Chongqing. In order to solve the construction problem during the traction of the main cable under the steep terrain condition on both sides of the river, this study compared different kinds of traction methods with each other, and then a traction system of large plane circulation was adopted to do the traction of the main cable strand. It was the first time in China to use this kind of traction system, with which the construction task was completed successfully and effectively. In addition, about this traction system used in the traction of main cable strand of the Yuzui Yangtze River Bridge, this study briefly introduced the scheme selection, layout pattern and the equipment configuration, also summarized the application experience.
