重载铁路路基基床动应力分布特征研究

     

摘要

With the promotion of national railway transportation policy about separation of passenger and freight, heavy haul railway as an internationally recognized advanced freight transportation is gradually accepted by Chinese railway builders and put into practice. In China, the design specification for heavy haul railway subgrade still remains incomplete and the subgrade structure differs much with the world advanced heavy haul railways. With reference to the common method to treat car load, ANSYS software is used for the finite element analogue ( FEA) of the subgrade structure of the heavy haul railway and the measured dynamic stress data are compared to identify the subgrade dynamic stress distribution patterns. This paper also proposes suggestions for the improvement and optimization of current subgrade bed design and evaluates the adaptability of 30 t heavy haul train on the subgrade of Shanxi-Henan-Shandong railway.%随着国家铁路运输客货分离政策的推进,重载铁路作为国际公认的先进货运技术逐步为我国铁路建设者认同并付诸实施。我国重载铁路路基设计规范尚不完善,基床结构对比国外先进重载铁路技术存在明显差异,结合国内车辆荷载通常处理方法,利用Ansys软件对重载铁路路基基床结构进行有限元模拟分析,对比实测动应力数据,研究重载基床动应力分布特征,对目前基床设计方法提出改进或优化建议,对山西中南部铁路路基运行轴重30 t重载列车的适应性做出评价。
