增压器油封结构的改进研究

摘要

In allusion to the fault of leaking out oil form the oil seal of the exhaust gas turbochargers, and according to the results of the experiment investigation the new oil seal im proving on structure was designed through analyzing the structure and pressurizi ng principle of the oil seal.It has been proved in act ually fact that the new oil seal is able to restrain effic iently the fault of leaking out oil of turbochargers and has positive accelerati ng effects on enhancing working reliability of turbochargers.%针对机车废气涡轮增压器油封漏油故障，通过对油封结构及其密封工作原理的分析，依据实验研究的结果，提出了油封结构的改进方案。实际使用证明，改进后的油封结构能有效抑制增压器发生油封漏油故障，对提高增压器的工作可靠性起到了积极的促进作用。
