曲线尖轨线型对其磨耗特性影响的研究

         

摘要

为解决曲线尖轨使用寿命短的技术难题,研究并实践了直曲组合型曲线尖轨技术。新尖轨采用相离半切线型,前端直线段长度为5439 mm,是原曲线尖轨前端直线段长度的2倍。重载车辆—道岔动力学仿真计算结果表明,该设计可显著减小列车顺向出岔时作用在尖轨前端的横向力及磨耗指标,从而改变尖轨磨耗特性,延长尖轨使用寿命。尖轨磨耗和寿命观测试验表明:新尖轨最大磨耗发生在尖轨宽60~70 mm断面,使用寿命是传统曲线尖轨的3~4倍,表现出和传统曲线尖轨不同的磨耗特性。%In order to solve the short service life of traditional curved sw itch rail,a new curved sw itch rail w ith straight-curved combination layout is studied and tested. T he new switch rail applies an offset and semi-tangent profile and the tangent section of curved switch rail is 5 439 mm long,which is twice the traditional one. T he heavy load vehicle-turnout dynamics simulation data showed that such design can significantly reduce the lateral force as well as the wear indicator acting on the front end of switch rail when train switching forward,which could improve the w ear characteristics of sw itch rail and extend the service life. T he w ear and life observation results show ed that the severest wear of the new switch rail occurs in the switch rail section with 60 ~70 mm width,the service life is 3 ~4 times as long as the traditional ones,and the new switch rail has a different wear characteristics compared with the traditional curved sw itch rail.
