采用掺入塑性膨胀剂和普通膨胀剂的配制技术设计出了一种活性粉末混凝土配合比.该活性粉末混凝土的性能指标满足设计要求,由于降低了钢纤维的掺量,其材料成本较不掺膨胀剂混凝土每1 m3可降低100多元.通过延长干拌时间和湿拌时间以及成型后及时将试件放入初养护室内养护等生产工艺,有效解决了掺膨胀剂混凝土抗折强度波动大的问题.同时通过养护时在电缆槽盖板试件上覆盖一层塑料薄膜,解决了试件外观易形成白色斑点的缺陷.%A kind of mix proportion of reactive powder concrete was designed and proposed by using mixing technology of the plastic expansion agents and the ordinary expansion agents,the performance of which meets the design requirement,and the material cost can reduce more than ¥100 per cubic meter compared with the materials with no concrete expansive agents mixing because the steel fiber proportion reduces.Such problem as the large fluctuations of the flexural strength of concrete with expansion agent mixing was effectively solved by a series of improved production processes including prolonging the dry and wet mixing time,putting the specimen into early curing room for maintenance timely after forming,etc.In addition,the quality defects of white spots formation in specimen appearance were solved by covering with a layer of plastic film on cable trough plate specimen in curing stage.
