伸缩旋转过墩式铝合金桥梁检查车的设计与分析

         

摘要

Reference to the design of an existing bridge inspection vehicle,a kind of telescopic and rotary aluminum alloy bridge inspection vehicle for crossing pier was designed according to the structural characteristics of steel truss girder of Beipanjiang bridge.The main structure of the inspection vehicle adopts 6061-T6 aviation aluminum alloy,and sets the fixed and telescopic dual platform.The web member system of steel truss girder all-round detection and maintenance was achieved by using the slewing mechanism to accomplish ±180° rotation of the inspection vehicle.Meanwhile,the length and weight of the inspection vehicle were reduced.The inspection vehicle can successfully through the vertical member and pier,then expand the using scope.Finally,the finite element software is used to establish the model to verify the reliability of the equipment.%参考以往桥梁检查车的设计,根据北盘江大桥钢桁梁的结构特点,设计了一种伸缩旋转过墩式铝合金桥梁检查车.该检查车主体结构采用6061-T6的航空铝材,并设置了固定式和伸缩式双平台.利用回转机构完成整车±180°回转,实现钢桁梁腹杆系的全方位检测、维护的同时,缩短了整车长度,减轻了重量,使检查车能够顺利通过竖杆和桥墩,扩大了设备的使用范围.最后,利用有限元软件建立模型并作计算分析,验证了设备的可靠性.
