Spin-On Filter Adapters for the Deuce

The number of surplus M35 vehicles has increased over the past few years. Abundant numbers of trucks along with reasonably priced replacement parts have made the deuce popular military vehicle in civilian hands. The Hercules 478 engine used in the M35 was also used as the power plant in some Oliver tractors. The Oliver Tractor Company eliminated the replaceable cartridge oil filter with the more popular spin on oil filters on their later model tractors. This modification was done using a different filter housing bolted to the side of the engine.
