选取工程性质相差较大的2种路基填料进行现场振动压实试验,采用连续压实检测系统识别振动压实状态,系统地研究了振动压实模式对连续压实检测曲线的影响规律.试验结果表明:随着弱振碾压遍数增加,振动压实值增长幅值逐渐减小;而转换为强振模式后,振动压实值有较大增长,直至达到目标值.同时选取填料的目标振动压实值作为基数计算振动压实值变化率,通过分析在弱振模式下每1遍碾压后振动压实值变化率的发展规律,初步提出以振动压实值变化率≤8%作为最优振动压实模式判断准则.%In this paper,two subgrade f illers of different engineering properties are selected for vibratory compaction on-site test.Through the identif ication of vibratory compaction state with the continuous compaction detection system,the effect of the vibratory compaction mode on the continuous compaction test curve is systematically studied.The test results show that the growth amplitude of vibratory compaction value (VCV) decreases gradually with the increase of the weak vibration cycles.However,after conversion to high-vibration mode,the VCV increases greatly until it reaches the target value.Also,the f iller target VCV is used as a baseline to calculate the change rate of VCV.By analyzing the development of VCV change rate after rolling each time in the mode of weak vibration,that the VCV change rate is less than 8% is proposed as the judgment criteria of the optimal vibratory compaction mode.
