The academic transition of“Global history”in the study of History of Sino-foreign Cultural Exchanges is indis-pensable to study of “Global history”,and an intrinsic clue of the development of History of Sino-foreign Cultural Exchanges. Research in the study of History of Sino-foreign Cultural Exchanges is supposed to employ the theory of the new method,and study civilization interaction pattern in a perspective of long period of time and a wide range.The academic transition of “Global history”goes beyond parochial“China-centered approach”in study civilized interactive process,and the change of the idea“cen-ter-periphery”between two or more sides of interaction.The academic transition consciously abandon the awareness of “center”and“internal”,study “the other ”and“internal”in the history of civilization interactive with a bird’s eye view,and attaches great importance of the role of“the other”in the“internal”development of history.Refraction of the grand history narrative through the combination of “Grand Narrative”and “Microscopic Investigation”,and relying on the individual differentiation of in the study of History of Sino-foreign Cultural Exchanges.Many previous problems can be made to reinterpretation with the academic transition of“Global history”in the study of History of Sino-foreign Cultural Exchanges,so that extend comprehension and acquaintance further of History of Sino-foreign Cultural Exchanges.%中外文化交流史研究中的“全球史”转向，既是全球史研究的题中应有之义，也是中外文化交流史学科发展的内在理路。在中外文化交流史研究的基础上引入新的理论方法，从长时段、大范围考察多文明互动的历史格局，通过超越狭隘的“中国中心观”考察多文明互动过程，以及互动双方或多方“中心-边缘”观念的变化，有意识的摒弃“中心”意识和“我者”意识，以一种“鸟瞰者”的姿态观察“我者”和“他者”在多文明互动中的历史，重视“他者”在“我者”历史发展中的作用。通过宏大叙事与微观考察的结合，依托中外文化交流史差异化的微观历史个体，来折射宏大历史。中外文化交流史研究中的“全球史”转向对以往许多问题可以作出重新阐释，从而进一步拓展对中外文化交流史的理解和认识。
