It was found that there was a cognitive resources trade-off between prospective mernory task and on-going task, and the personality factors which affected laboratory prospective memory were those of cognition, behavior and emotion. In addition, self-assessment of everyday life context prospective memory was found to be related with two source traits of Carter 16PF (N & H), and was not coincident with the prospective memory performances in laboratory context.
