一株瘤胃黄曲霉毒素 B1降解菌的分离鉴定及特性研究

摘要

从秦川牛瘤胃内容物中分离到1株黄曲霉毒素B1（AFB1）的降解菌WZ-2，通过形态学、生理生化特征和16S rRNA 序列同源性分析，将 WZ-2菌株鉴定为巨大芽胞杆菌（Bacillus megaterium ）。菌株WZ-2的最适生长温度30℃，最适pH 7．0，当接种量为5％时，该菌株在含有500μg/mL的AFB1发酵培养基中培养72 h ，可使A FB1降解率达到79％。%One Aflatoxin B1 degradation Bacterial strain named WZ-2 was isolated from a rumen content of Qinchuan cattle .Combining morphologic characteristics and physiobiochemical characteristics with 16 S rRNA sequence analysis ,strain WZ-2 was identified as Bacillus megaterium .The optimal temperature and pH for growth of strain WZ-2 was 30°C and pH 7 .0 ,respectively .The strain could degrade aflatoxin B1 more than 79% when it was cultured in 500 μg/L fermentation medium for 72 h .
