高速公路车载式自适应限速装置的研究

摘要

为降低突发性恶劣天气对高速公路正常运行造成的不利影响,设计了车载式自适应限速装置.该装置采用无线通信方式接收高速公路自动气象监测站发出的实时气象信息；装置内的GPS模块全程监测车辆行驶速度,并记录车辆的超速行为.该装置的投入使用将弥补现有高速公路气象监测预警系统的不足,实现高速公路的可变限速管理.同时,在恶劣的天气条件下,该装置可以主动指导和监督驾驶员安全驾驶,保障高速公路安全顺畅.%In order to cut down the harmful influence of unexpected severe weather to normal operation of expressway, the vehicle-mounted adaptive speed-limit device is designed. With help of the device, real-time weather information issued by automatic meteorological station along the expressway is received by adopting wireless communication. The speed of vehicle can be entirely monitored on the way and the over speed behavior can be recorded by the GPS module in the device. The application of the device makes up the shortcoming of existing weather warning system of the expressway, and realizes the variable speed limit management of expressway. In addition, the device also actively guides and supervises the drivers for safe driving in severe weather, ,to ensure the safety and smoothness of the expressway.
