步进电机的控制与检测系统的设计与实现

     

摘要

为了实现步进电机控制以及步进电机的相电流检测,采用Cortex-M3作为主控制器,利用专用驱动芯片L298N,设计实现了步进电机的控制与检测系统。该系统通过电流转换芯片MAX4172采集步进电机相电流,利用RS-232与上位机进行串口通信,完成步进电机的频率设置和数据显示等功能。整个系统性能良好、运行稳定、结构简单、成本低,便于多步进电机的控制与检测,具有良好的实际应用价值。%In order to achieve the control of stepping motor and detection for phase current of stepping motor, the control and detection system of the motor is designed and implemented by adopting Cortex-M3 as the main controller, and the dedicated driving chip L298N for controlling and driving the stepping motor. The phase current of the motor is acquired by the system through current conversion chip MAX4172, while the functions of frequency setting of the stepping motor and data display are conducted via RS-232 serial communication with the host computer. The overall system features good performance, stable operation, simple structure, low cost, easy to control and detect the stepping motor, and possesses excellent practical applicable values.
