In traditional architecture of device layer,the variety underlying devices have numerous kinds of interface and network topology,which makes the integration of various devices and the implementation of projects face greater technical difficulty and cost risk. Innovation is conducted based on the traditional control system and traditional Internet of Things( IoT) ,the intelligent gateway device has been designed. In this design,only two wires are needed to access the device to support both communication data transmission and power supply for the device,and it can be applied to an intrinsically safe environment. This kind of cable connection simplifies the access of communication device and streamlines the power cords. In addition, the high speed communication can also quickly transmit real-time control information and large amount of service information,thus it is applicable to universal access of all kinds of devices to meet communication demands for various industrial fields. Experimental results show that the design can achieve universal access with the devices,and power the devices. The high-speed communication process is stable and reliable.%传统架构的设备层具有底层设备种类多、接口类型多、网络拓扑种类多等特点,使各种设备的集成、工程的实施存在较大的技术难度和成本风险.在传统控制系统和物联网的基础上进行了创新,设计了基于工业物联网的智能网关设备.该设计仅需两根线就可以实现设备接入,既可支撑通信数据传输,又能给设备供电,且适用于本安环境.这种线缆连接方式简化了通信设备的接入方式,并精简了设备的电源线.同时,高速率通信还可以快速传输实时控制信息和大量服务信息,从而适用于各类设备通用接入,以满足各种工业现场的通信需求.试验表明,该设计能够实现设备通用接入,为设备供电.高速通信过程稳定、可靠.
