我国LTCC多层基板制造技术标准现状及需求研究

摘要

In this paper,the applications of LTCC（low temperature co-fired ceramic） technology in our country are presented.At the same time,the present situation at home and abroad of design,process,material,equipment,assembly and test technology standards concerning LTCC multi-layer substrate manufacturing is presented.The relation between LTCC manufacturing industry and technology standards is discussed in detail.Moreover,it is analyzed that LTCC manufacturing industry makes demands of the technology standards concerned.%介绍了我国LTCC（低温共烧陶瓷）技术的应用情况,以及国内外LTCC多层基板制造的设计、工艺、材料、设备、组装、检测等技术标准的现状,论述了LTCC制造业与技术标准的关系,分析了我国LTCC制造业对相关技术标准的需求。
