At present most of the evaluation of classroom teaching quality by using a written test, performance evaluation on teaching quality of relatively rare, This paper through the United States and South Africa between performance evaluation indicators and criteria of classroom teaching quality of comparative analysis, found the classroom teaching quality evaluation in China should pay attention to the following aspects: On the evaluation should focus on the interaction between teachers and students, Classroom teaching quality assessment should take into account the depth and breadth of, Should also take the form of performance evaluation, and performance evaluations should each level descriptors and every dimension of the concrete expression.To promote the improvement of classroom teaching quality evaluation in China.%目前我国对课堂教学质量的评价大多采用书面测试进行,对教学质量的表现性评价比较少见,该文通过对美国和南非两国课堂教学质量的表现性评价指标和形式的比较分析,发现我国课堂教学质量评估应该注意以下几个方面:在内容上,应该将师生互动作为重点评估指标以及兼顾课堂教学质量的深度和广度;在评价形式上应该采用表现性评价的形式,并且表现评价要呈现每一个等级内涵和各维度等级水平上的具体表现。以此促进我国课堂教学质量评价的完善。
