The British all-through school is a kind of organization that provides education for students aging from 3 to 19. It became into being in 1960s, and got rapid development after 2010. British all-through schools have thus formed three main characters:the main objective is to provide students with lfuent transition among different educational stages;the main approach is to collaborate;and the main strength is to take not only the student's age but also students' needs and interests as factors to consider while grouping.%英国连读制学校是一种为3-19岁年龄阶段学生提供从幼儿园到高中阶段教育的机构。它产生于20世纪60年代，在2010年后发展迅猛。本文在梳理英国连读制学校演变过程的基础上，分析了英国连读制学校的主要特点，总结了英国连读制学校的基本经验。
