骨肉瘤基因治疗靶点研究的新进展

摘要

骨肉瘤是临床未成年人骨骼系统常见的恶性骨肿瘤，新辅助化疗结合手术治疗提高了患者五年的生存率，但其病死率及致残率仍极高，随着分子生物学及遗传学的发展，基因治疗为骨肉瘤提供了新的希望，国内外研究人员积极地探索有效的治疗靶点，本文就骨肉瘤基因治疗靶点研究的新进展展开综述。%Osteosarcoma is a common malignant bone tumor in the skeletal system of minors .The five-year survival rate of patients with osteosarcoma is significanty improved by neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with surgery.However,its mortality and morbidity rates remain quite high .With the development of molecular bi-ology and genetics ,gene therapy provides a new hope for patients with osteosarcoma .Researchers at home and a-broad have actively explored effective therapeutic targets .In this paper ,new progress in the study of gene -targe-ted therapy for osteosarcoma is reviewed .
