MSI结直肠癌的研究进展

摘要

Colorectal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors,with the improvement of living standards and eating habits of Westernization.The incidence and mortality of colorectal cancer are on the rise in China.The development of colorectal cancer is a multi-step,multi-gene involved in the process.At present,chromosome instability(CIN)and microsatellite instability(MSI)are considered to be the main genetic pathways in colorectal cancer.This article reviews research progress of MSI colorectal cancer in clinical pathology and molecular characteristics.%结直肠癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,随着生活水平的提高以及饮食习惯的西化,我国结直肠癌的发病率和死亡率均有上升趋势.结直肠癌的发生发展是一个多步骤、多基因参与的过程,目前认为染色体不稳定(Chromosomal instability,CIN)和微卫星不稳定(Microsatellite instability,MSI)是其发生的主要基因途径,本文就MSI结直肠癌在临床病理及分子特征方面的研究进展进行综述.
