品管圈活动在降低药物外渗发生率中的应用研究

摘要

Objective The study was designed to investigate the influence of a quality control circle ( QCC) program to re-duce the incidence of drug extravasation .Methods From the nursing adverse event reporting system , there were 11 nursing depart-ments had the most incidence of drug extravasation .Each department selected a nurse to set up QCC group ,analyze the real reasons , started to develop nursing measures ,and compared the difference between before and after the implementation of QCC activity .Results After carrying out the QCC program ,the incidence of drug extravasation was significantly reduced to 2.51％.The target yield rate was 117.93％.The rate of progress was 74.43％.The circle member Cs ability was improved .The work process was specified .Conclusion The QCC program applied to drug safety management work can significantly reduce the incidence of drug extravasation ,ensure the safety of patients and reduce the disputants .%目的 探讨品管圈(QCC)活动在降低药物外渗发生率中的应用.方法 选择我院护理不良事件上报系统中发生药物外渗最多的11个科室,每个科室选择1名护士作为圈员,成立QCC小组,开展关于降低药物外渗发生率的QCC活动,分析导致药物外渗发生的真正原因,有针对性制定护理措施,比较实施QCC活动前后药物外渗的发生率.结果 开展QCC活动后,药物外渗的发生率明显降低(2.51％),目标达成率117.93％,进步率74.43％,圈员能力得到提高,工作流程得到规范,与实施QCC活动前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 将QCC活动应用于药物使用安全管理的预防工作中,可减少药物外渗的发生率,保障患者安全,减少纠纷.
