精准化护理在脑卒中后偏瘫肩痛患者治疗中的应用效果

摘要

目的 观察精准化护理在脑卒中后偏瘫肩痛患者治疗中的应用效果.方法 选取2016年7月-2017年4月常州市德安医院康复中心收治的脑卒中后偏瘫肩痛患者30例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组15例.在常规治疗基础上,对照组患者予以康复护理,观察组患者予以精准化护理;两组患者均护理20 d.比较两组患者临床疗效及护理前后McGill疼痛量表(MPQ)评分、上肢FuglMeyer评定量表(FMA)评分、日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分.结果 观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P＜0.05).护理前两组患者MPQ评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);护理后观察组患者MPQ评分低于对照组(P＜0.05).护理前两组患者上肢FMA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);护理后观察组患者上肢FMA评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).护理前两组患者ADL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);护理后观察组患者ADL评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 精准化护理在脑卒中后偏瘫肩痛患者治疗中的应用效果较好,可有效缓解患者肩部疼痛,提高患者上肢运动功能及日常生活活动能力.%Objective To observe the application effect of precision nursing care in post-stroke hemiplegia patients complicated with shoulder pain.Methods From July 2016 to April 2017,a total of 30 post-stroke hemiplegia patients complicated with shoulder pain were selected in Rehabilitation Center of Dean Hospital,Changzhou,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,each of 15 cases.Based on conventional treatment,patients of control group received rehabilitation nursing care,while patients of observation group received precision nursing care;both groups received relevant nursing care for 20 days.Clinical effect,Mcgill Pain Questionnaire (MPQ) score,FuglMeyer Scale for Arms (FMA) score and Activities of Daily Living Scale (ADL) score before and after nursing care were compared between the two groups.Results Clinical effect in observation group was statistically significantly better than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).No statistically significant differences of MPQ score,FMA score or ADL score was found between the two groups before nursing care (P ＞0.05);after nursing care,MPQ score in observation group was statistically significantly lower than that in control group,while FMA score and ADL score were statistically significantly higher than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Condusion Precision nursing care has good application effect in post-stroke hemiplegia patients complicated with shoulder pain,can effectively relieve the shoulder pain,improve the movement function of arms and activities of daily living.
