ERα和Erβ在非小细胞性肺癌组织中的表达及与其临床病理的相关性研究

Objective To explore the correlation between estrogen receptorα( ERα) and estrogen receptorβ( ERβ) ex-pression and clinicopathological characteristics in non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 220 cases who were confirmed by histo-pathology to be non-small cell lung cancer were selected as study objects.The expressions of ERαand ERβwere detected by im-munohistochemistry.Results Both ERαand ERβwere expressed in nucleus.The positive expression rate of ER αand ER βwere 4.09%and 86.36%,respectively.There was correlation between ER αexpression and tumor stage,pathology differential degree.ERαexpression in stageⅠ(9.38%) was higher than that in later stage(0.00%)(χ2 =12.121,P<0.01),and ER αexpression in in patients with high pathological degree(14.29%) was higher than that in middle and low pathological degree (3.00%,0.00%)(χ2 =14.756,P<0.01).Positive expression of ERβwas associated with tumor stage,histology type and pa-thology differential degree.Positive expression of ERβwas lowest in stageⅠpatients(78.12%,χ2 =10.732,P=0.01),ER βexpression was much stronger in adenocarcinoma(70.7%,χ2 =7.749,P=0.02) and high pathological degree patients(83.3%,χ2 =12.738,P<0.01).Conclusion ERαand ER βexpression are correlated with clinicopathological characteristics in non-small cell lung cancer.It indicates that expressions of ERαand ERβmay play an important role in the occurrence and develop-ment of non-small cell lung cancer.%目的 探讨雌激素受体( ER)α和β在非小细胞性肺癌组织中的表达及与其临床病理的相关性. 方法选取经组织病理学检查确诊的非小细胞肺癌220例患者作为研究对象. 采用免疫组化方法检测ERα和ERβ表达水平.结果 两种雌激素受体表达于细胞核内,其中ERα阳性表达率为4.09%,ERβ阳性表达率为86.36%;ERα阳性表达与临床分期、病理分化程度有关:Ⅰ期患者ERα阳性表达率高于分期晚的患者(9.38%>0.00%,χ2 =12.121,P<0.01);高分化患者ERα阳性表达率高于中低分化患者(14.29%>3.00%>0.00%,χ2 =14.756,P<0.01). ERβ阳性表达与患者临床分期、分化程度及病理类型有关:Ⅰ期患者ERα阳性表达率最低(78.12%,χ2 =10.732,P=0.01),腺癌及高分化非小细胞性肺癌患者ERβ具有更高表达率(70.7%,χ2 =7.749,P=0.02;83.3%,χ2 =12.738,P<0.01). 结论 ERα和ERβ在非小细胞肺癌患者中表达情况与其临床病理特点具有相关性,提示雌激素受体表达可能在非小细胞肺癌的发生、发展中起重要作用.
