多种血清标记物联合检测对肝癌早期诊断的临床价值

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical value of combined detection of serum biomarkers in the early diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods 47 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma ,43 patients with liver cirrhosis ,48 patients with hepatitis and 40 healthy control were included in this study.The alpha-fetoprotein(AFP),carcino-embryonic antigen (CEA) and GP73 levels were detected by electrochemical method and compared among the 4 groups.Results The serum AFP,CEA and GP73 levels in cancer group were significantly higher than those in other group s (P<0.01).The sensitivity of AFP was 85.7%, which was higher than other 2 biomarkers.The combined detection of serum biomarkers had a sensitivity of 95.8%which was sig-nificantly higher than AFP.Conclusion Combined detection of serum biomarkers has clinical value in the early diagnosis of hep -atocellular carcinoma.%目的 探讨多种血清标记物联合检测对原发性肝癌的早期诊断价值. 方法 选取经病理学检查证实的肝癌患者47例为实验组,43例肝硬化患者为肝硬化组,48例肝炎患者为肝炎组,并选取40例同期健康体检人员为对照组,采用电化学发光法检测并比较分析各组患者甲胎蛋白(a-fetoprotein,AFP)、癌胚抗原(carcino-embryonic antigen,CEA)和高尔基体膜蛋白73(GP73)水平. 结果 肝癌组患者AFP、CEA和GP73血清水平均显著高于其他三组(P<0.01), AFP单项检测灵敏度最高,联合检测显著提升灵敏度且特异度降幅较低. 结论 多种血清标记物联合检测对肝癌的早期诊断有一定临床价值.
