The present invention relates to: a protein marker for early diagnosis of liver cancer; a composition for diagnosing liver cancer, which contains a material to detect the change of the protein marker; a kit containing the composition for diagnosing liver cancer; a method for diagnosing liver cancer using the protein marker; a method for screening a therapeutic agent for liver cancer using the protein marker; and an antibody which specifically recognizes the protein marker.
