六磊塘航道通航船舶控制主尺度分析

     

摘要

为降低通航安全隐患,提高内河通航效率,对六磊塘(黄浦江一莲花南路桥航段)的通航环境、交通流特征和航道条件进行分析.该航道内现通航船舶尺度几乎全部超过VII级限制性航道对应的代表船型尺度.闸外段通航船舶船长以38~40m为主,总长不低于38 m的船舶约占总量的50%.闸内段通航船舶船长以34~36m为主,50%以上的船舶其总长在34m以上.为充分利用航道通航水深资源,在结合相关规范的基础上考虑平原河网地区闸控航道的特点,提出通航船舶控制主尺度.该尺度既能有效降低各类水上险情发生的概率,也能够较为合理地兼顾沿河水运需求和船舶通航安全要求.%The navigation environment, traffic flow characteristics and channel conditions of Liuleitang Channel(Huangpu River to Lianhua South Road Bridge section) are analyzed to reduce maritime safety hazard and improve the efficiency of inland river transportation. It is shown that almost all the navigable ships' dimensions exceed the dimensions of representative ships matched in class VII restricted channel. The length of most navigable ships outside of ship lock is 38~40 m and the total length of not less than 38 m ships accounts for about 50% of the total number of ships. Most of navigable ships' length inside of ship lock is 34~36 m and the total length of over 34 m ships accounts for more than 50% of the total number of ships. Based on the relevant codes and the characteristics of channel controlled by lock in the plain and river network and region, the principal dimensions of navigable ships are presented to make full use of the channel navigation water depth resource. The probability of various types of marine accidents is reduced effectively by the principal dimensions of navigable ships. The demand of water transportation along the river and the safety requirement of navigation can be balanced reasonably.
