聚碳酸酯表面金属化处理后广泛应用于生产、生活的各个领域.利用环境友好的二氧化锰-硫酸微蚀体系,研究了溶胀处理过程中,溶胀液组成、溶胀条件及微蚀时间对聚碳酸酯表面粗化效果的影响.利用扫描电镜对其溶胀效果进行评价,从而得到理想的聚碳酸酯表面粗化溶胀效果.%Effects of composition of swelling solution, processing condition and etching time on surface etching for PC substrate were investigated in MnO2-H2SO4 colloid system. The surface etching performance was evaluated by SEM observation,when N, N-dimethylformamide concentration was 85% and swelling time was 4 min, satisfied swelling and etching results were obtained at room temperature.
