In accordance with the technical features of hurdles,this paper analyses the role of core strength in promoting the special technology of hurdlers, to provide rerference for special ability training of hur-dlers.%针对跨栏运动的技术特点，浅析核心力量在提高跨栏运动员专项技术方面的作用，为跨栏跑专项能力的训练提供参考。
