目的:建立脑脉利颗粒中芍药苷、益母草碱、黄芪甲苷及盐酸水苏碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用甲醇、酸水等不同的溶剂提取,并采用高效液相色谱法、液-质联用法等进行含量测定。结果:脑脉利颗粒中含有芍药苷4.241 mg·g-1,益母草碱0.173 mg·g-1,黄芪甲苷0.01 mg·g-1,盐酸水苏碱3.798 mg·g-1。结论:制剂中其他组分与所测定的各组分分离良好,不干扰测定。本法可用于脑脉利颗粒中芍药苷、益母草碱、黄芪甲苷及盐酸水苏碱的含量测定。%Objective: To develop a method for determining contents of peoniflorin, leonurine, astragalo-side, and stachydrine hydrochloride in NaoMaiLi granules. Methods: The contents were determined using methanol or acid extraction following high performance liquid chromatography or liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. Results: It was found that each 1 g of NaoMaiLi granules contained 4.241 mg of pe-oniflorin, 0.173 mg of leonurine, 0.010 mg of astragaloside and 3.798 mg of stachydrine hydrochloride. Conclusion: The method is selective for the determination of peoniflorin, leonurine, astragaloside and stachydrine hydrochloride in NaoMaiLi granules.
