College English teaching should be combined with China English teaching to step with the social debelopment so as to cultivate more top-level talents by college English teacher's renewing teach-ing ideas and approaches, by the enrichment of both teachers' and students' China English as well as the enhancement of the con-sciousness on the equality between Chinese culture and English culture.
