Students in privately-owned vocational colleges are deficient in self-access studies,which is teachers 'pressing con-cern.This paper is to discuss methodology control in terms of formative assessment and task-based teaching,the purpose of which is to improve students'abilities in self-access studies.After one term's project and the following years'pilot teaching reform,stu-dents began to learn English more actively.%民办高职学生自主学习能力差历来是一线教师担忧且亟待要解决的问题.该文重点探讨形成性评价与任务型教学的方法控制,旨在提高学生自主学习能力.经过课题研究一学期及后续几学年的教学改革试点工作,学生的自主性学习得到了一定的提高.
