论职业英语技能大赛指导下职业能力的培养

摘要

职业能力是人们职业生涯中除岗位专业能力之外的基本能力,它适用于各种职业、各个岗位,是伴随人终身的可持续发展的能力.全国职业院校技能大赛项目之一的英语技能大赛,指导和影响着高职英语教学,同时也锻炼了学生在一定的职业情境下英语的综合运用能力.该文就职业能力的含义及目前高职英语教学的现状,结合笔者参赛和指导学生参赛所得的经验,提出了在大赛指导下如何培养学生的职业能力的策略,以推动高职英语教学改革的策略,达到"以赛促教,以赛促学,以赛促建,以赛促改",普遍提高学生英语综合运用能力的目的.%Professional ability is the fundamental ability in one's professional life,it is a kind of sustainable developmental abili-ty which is adapt to all kinds of posts and professions.English skills Contest,on the one hand,guides and influences the practice of English teaching in high vocational schools.On the other hand,it promotes the comprehensive English skills and usage,in a certain situation,to some degree.This paper suggests some English teaching and learning strategies on cultivating and enhanc-ing the professional abilities,according to the analysis of English skills contest and current situation of English teaching in order to improve the comprehensive ability of English skills.
