通识教育背景下医学院校成人公共英语教学改革策略

摘要

This paper is to introduce the concept of general education into the field of adult English teaching in medical college. With the consideration of the characteristics of adult learners’English studying mode and the employment of general education-based teaching concept, the paper is to reconstruct the practical and realistic scheme to innovate the teaching of adult English from the perspectives of changing students’learning motivation, adopting concrete incentive measures and presenting positive teaching style in classroom.%该文将通识教育理念引入医学院校成人公共英语教学，针对医学院校成人英语学习的特点，从转变学生英语学习的动机，采取落到实处的激励方法及改变教师在课堂上的精神风貌和角色角度重构医学院校成人公共英语教学模式，为医学院校成人公共英语教学改革提供可实际操作的方案。
