加热炉配套自动燃烧器的研究

     

摘要

针对油气田在用加热炉烟火管细长的结构特点、被加热介质组分和流量波动大的运行工况,以及燃料气组分存在差异的实际生产情况,采用数值仿真方法设计燃烧器喷嘴结构,通过介质温度监测来调节加热炉输出功率,采用可编程控制器和现场实测设置各负荷段比例系数相结合的方式在全负荷范围内控制空气与燃气比率,实现了加热炉自动点火、自动熄火保护、高低液位报警、空气与燃气的全程自动比例调节和温度控制等功能.现场应用表明,燃烧器燃烧效率高、运行安全可靠、操作方便,并实现了空气/燃料比例调节的自动控制,在70%~110%负荷率下空气系数可控制在1.05~1.20,具有较好的推广前景.%According to the structure characteristic of slender fire tubes in heating furnaces using in oil and gas fields,operation conditions of big fluctration of heated medium composition and flow and existing differences of fuel gas components in actual production conditions,the numerical simulation method is used to design the burner nozzle structure.Through medium temperature monitoring to adjust the heating furnace output power,and using the programmable controller combined with the insitu test that sets each load segment ratio to control air and gas ratio within the range of load,automatic ignition,automatic flame-out protection,high and low level alarm,automatic proportional control in the whole process ofthe air and gas,temperature control and other functions are realized.Field application shows that the burner has high combustion efficiency,safe and reliable running and convenient operation,and can implement the automatic control of air/fuel ratio control.Air coefficient can be controlled within the range of 1.05~ 1.20 under the load rate of 70% ~ 110%.It has good promotion prospects.
