情景模拟教学法对男护生综合能力的培养

         

摘要

目的:探讨病案导入-情景模拟教学法对男护生综合素质及实践能力的培养.方法:将我院2009级护理本科男生34名作为观察组,2008级护理本科男生31名作为对照组.对照组采用传统实验教学法;观察组采用病案导入-情景模拟教学法,课程中及课程结束后分别对两组男护生进行技能考核,并在课程结束后对两组男护生进行问卷调查.结果:观察组技能考核成绩明显高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义.结论:病案导入-情景模拟教学法能激发男护生学习主动性,提高其分析问题、解决问题的能力和应变能力,以及护患沟通能力和团队协作精神等,使男护生的综合素质得到了显著提高.%Objective:To probe the case - leading - in and scene simulating teaching in developing the male nursing students the skills of manipulation and the integrative quality. Methods: 2009 grade in our hospital of 34 undergraduate male nursing students as experimental group, 2008 grade male nursing undergraduate 31 as control group. The control group used the traditional teaching method, the experimental group was taught by Scene teaching method. At the end of course , the test of practical capability and questionnaire investigate were made to evaluate the effects. Results:The observation group skills examination scores significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion: The case - leading - in and scene simulating teaching method could encourage the learning initiative of male nursing students, improve the ability to analyze and solve problems and improve nurses' communication ability, so that the overall quality of students and practical ability significant increase.
