摘要

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive scene simulation training on nursing students in pre internship nursing training, and to provide reference for similar nursing training.Methods 110 undergraduate nursing students were selected as research subjects and divided into the control group and observation group, with 55 cases in each group.The observation group received comprehensive scene simulation training, and the control group received routine nursing training.After the training, the 2 groups of students to compare the nursing knowledge theory, nursing skills, while comparing the 2 groups of students for the degree of satisfaction and recognition of this nursing training.Results Observation group nursing theory, nursing skills assessment were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05); observation group for nursing training satisfaction and recognition rate was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Before the nursing undergraduate students' practice, the training of comprehensive situational simulation training can effectively improve the knowledge and skills of nursing, and it is worth popularizing and applying.
机译:摘要:目的探讨综合场景模拟培训在实习前护理培训中对护理学生的应用效果,为类似的护理培训提供参考。方法选择110名本科护理学生作为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组。两组各55例。观察组进行综合场景模拟训练,对照组进行常规护理训练。训练结束后,两组学生比较护理知识理论,护理技巧,同时比较两组结果观察组的护理理论,护理技能评价均明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。护理培训观察组的满意度和识别率明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论护理本科生实习前,综合情境模拟培训可以有效提高护理知识和技能,值得推广和应用。
