目的 建立反相高效液相色谱法测定氧氟沙星栓中氧氟沙星的含量.方法 采用C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈-0.05 mol·L-1枸橼酸溶液(三乙胺调节pH4.0)(15∶85);检测波长为293 nm.结果 氧氟沙星质量浓度在20.02~400.3 μg·mL-1范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 7),平均加样回收率为99.3%(n=9),RSD为0.6%.结论该方法简便快速,结果准确,可作为该制剂含量测定的方法.%Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography method for determination of ofloxacin in Ofloxacin Suppositories.
