Objective To determine the contents of saponin in Xinjiang grapevine bleeding sap (GBS) .Methods The qualitative i‐dentification was performed by chemical methods and TLC ,and the saponin contents were determined by vanillin‐perchloric acid assay .Results Xinjiang GBS contained certain amounts of saponin .Turpan Kashyyyk GBS (106.00 μg・mL -1 ) was the highest and Hotan red grape GBS (6 .50μg・mL -1 ) was the lowest .Conclusion Results showed that Xinjiang GBS from different origins and varieties had different saponin contents .%目的:对新疆葡萄树伤流液皂苷含量进行测定。方法采用化学法和T LC法对新疆葡萄树伤流液中皂苷进行定性鉴别,采用香草醛‐冰醋酸法测定新疆葡萄树伤流液的皂苷含量。结果新疆葡萄树伤流液含有一定的皂苷,不同品种、不同产地葡萄树伤流液的皂苷含量不同,其中吐鲁番卡西克葡萄树伤流液中皂苷含量最高(106.00μg・m L -1),和田市红葡萄树伤流液中皂苷含量最低(6.50μg・m L -1)。结论新疆葡萄树伤流液因产地和品种的不同,其皂苷含量也不同。
