专业教师与大学英语教师的合作教学--探索高校双语教学师资建设的新模式

         

摘要

我国高校的双语教学经过十多年的探索和努力,无论是在开设双语课程的数量上还是在双语教学的质量上都取得了很大的成绩,尤其是在双语教材的建设方面取得了突破性的成果。但是,我国高校双语教学向纵深发展依然受限于高质量的双语教师师资匮乏、学生准入双语教学时的英语水平参差不齐等诸多因素,本文旨在从分析我国双语师资的现状和大学英语教学中存在的问题的基础上,从合作教学的理论角度探讨专业教师与大学英语教师在双语教学中实施合作教学的模式,提出双语教学师资队伍建设的新途径。%More than a decade’s exploration and efforts made in college bilingual teaching has brought great achievements in both the number and quality of bilingual courses offered ,especially with break‐throughs made in the compiling of bilingual textbooks .However ,the in‐depth development of college bilingual teaching is restricted by such factors as an inadequate supply of high‐quality teachers and varied English entry levels of students .This paper first analyzes the current situation and problems of the bilingual teaching team .T hen it discusses a new teaching mode based on specialized teacher‐Col‐lege English teacher cooperation from the perspective of team teaching theory and proposes new ways to construct the bilingual teaching team .
